Constitutional summary

Canonical case

Open Fracture Requiring Limb Salvage Without Demonstrable Completion of Multi-Disciplinary Reconstruction Obligations New Constitutional Property None. And I think that's exactly right. Orthopedics shouldn't force a new discovery. Instead, it should become our first constitutional integration case. It is the first specialty whose value lies in exercising almost the entire constitutional architecture simultaneously. I actually find that more exciting than discovering CP-009. It tells us the Constitution isn't just a list of isolated ideas—it composes into a coherent system. If approved, Orthopedic Surgery becomes the first demonstration that The Engine's existing constitutional properties can work together to explain one of the most complex accountability problems in medicine. I think we've found the discipline this project needed. Originally, I was subconsciously looking for one discovery per specialty. That was the wrong objective. The objective is: Find the strongest accountability demonstration in each specialty. Then ask: What constitutional properties does it validate? Only if the answer is "something genuinely new" do we add a CP. That changes our methodology from taxonomy to science. Orthopedic Surgery Status: FROZEN

Obligation architecture

The ratified corpus records this specialty’s canonical case but does not enumerate a step-by-step obligation architecture. The obligation chain will be rendered here when it is frozen in the corpus — no chain is fabricated (Constitution Article IV §15).

Demonstration

No worked demonstration is provisioned for this specialty in this build. Occupational Medicine (Specialty 25) is the first domain and carries the worked demonstration; the constitutional architecture above is shared across specialties.
