Canonical case
Creation of a Temporary or Permanent Ostomy Without Demonstrable Completion of the Longitudinal Transition-of-Care Obligations Status: RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL No new Constitutional Property. Instead, this becomes another constitutional integration case, demonstrating that a technically successful operation can still produce accountability failure if the obligations created by the new reality are never fully organized, accepted, and completed. I think this continues our discipline well. We're resisting the temptation to choose famous surgical errors and instead selecting the case that best reveals what The Engine is uniquely designed to expose. That distinction is becoming one of the defining characteristics of this entire research program. Frozen. I also think we've reached another methodological milestone. Constitutional Research Rule 03 (CR-03) The canonical case for a specialty is not necessarily its most catastrophic failure. It is the case that most clearly reveals the accountability architecture unique to that specialty. That rule explains why we've rejected wrong-site surgery, stroke door-to-needle time, and delayed STEMI despite their importance. They are critical quality and safety problems, but they don't stress The Engine's architecture as effectively as the cases we've selected. Frozen
Obligation architecture
The ratified corpus records this specialty’s canonical case but does not enumerate a step-by-step obligation architecture. The obligation chain will be rendered here when it is frozen in the corpus — no chain is fabricated (Constitution Article IV §15).
