Creation of a Temporary or Permanent Ostomy Without Demonstrable Completion of the Longitudinal Transition-of-Care Obligations Status: RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL No new Constitutional Property. Instead, this becomes another constitutional integration case, demonstrating that a technically successful operation can still produce accountability failure if the obligations created by the new reality are never fully organized, accepted, and completed.
