Constitutional first cause
The Engine begins when: A mission-critical activity requires objective demonstration that all prerequisite physiological, operational, and environmental obligations have been satisfied before execution. Not when the EVA begins. Not when it ends. When execution becomes contingent upon demonstrated readiness.
Current systems demonstrate: EVA completed; medical clearance issued; checklist completed. They often cannot distinguish between: checklist completion, operational authorization, and constitutional accountability. The Engine makes that distinction explicit. Execution becomes permissible only when the obligation architecture has been demonstrably satisfied.
